Job Description
Customer Service Trainer Key Responsibilities-
- You will work closely with the Customer Service Support Manager and Customer Service Support Team to identify gaps in knowledge and respond with coaching support.
- create and deliver training programmes to new and existing members of the customer service centre to improve knowledge and skills.
- Regular review, improvement, and updates of training materials for classroom and online delivery.
The Successful Applicant
The successful customer service trainer will have-
- Experience in a customer service training role
- Experience in putting together training materials
- An experienced people manager with the ability to lead and motivate others.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively with different people

- 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover)
- Agile/hybrid working- office based 20-40% (3-4 days working from home)
- Stratford
- £33,000-£38,000 depending on experience
