Job Description

Customer Service Trainer Key Responsibilities-

  • You will work closely with the Customer Service Support Manager and Customer Service Support Team to identify gaps in knowledge and respond with coaching support.
  • create and deliver training programmes to new and existing members of the customer service centre to improve knowledge and skills.
  • Regular review, improvement, and updates of training materials for classroom and online delivery.

The Successful Applicant

The successful customer service trainer will have-

  • Experience in a customer service training role
  • Experience in putting together training materials
  • An experienced people manager with the ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively with different people

  • 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover)
  • Agile/hybrid working- office based 20-40% (3-4 days working from home)
  • Stratford
  • £33,000-£38,000 depending on experience
