Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the strategic vision for the supply chain function, aligning it with the company's overall objectives. Identify areas of improvement within the manufacturing process and propose strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability
Manufacturing Process Optimization: Evaluate the existing manufacturing processes, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve cycle times. Implement lean best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity and quality

Cost Reduction and Profitability: Conduct cost analyses and implement strategies to achieve cost savings without compromising quality or customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement initiatives that drive profitability throughout the supply chainSupply Chain Efficiency: Evaluate the end-to-end supply chain and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance supply chain agility, responsiveness, and flexibility while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, sales, marketing, and operations, to develop strategic partnerships with key suppliers and customers. Foster relationships that drive mutual growth, customer satisfaction, and supply chain optimization
Future Planning: Develop forward-thinking strategies and initiatives to anticipate market trends, customer needs, and industry dynamics. Create future plans and innovative solutions that position the company as a leader in the market and drive long-term success
Requirement
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 10 years’ experience on garment manufacturing in Supply Chain Management
Solid knowledge/skill in Woven outerwear / Sports outerwear / Technical outerwear
Solid experience in developing end-to-end strategies to improve Supply Chain efficiencies and effectiveness
Good decision-making at multiple levels, inside and outside an organization
Ability to think tactically and strategically as appropriate to generate innovative cost-effective supply chain solutions that enable flexibility and responsiveness to sudden demand and/or supply changes
Must be analytically oriented and possess a clear understanding of supply chain management systems and processes
Mature, strong leadership, problem solver and good communication skill
Good command of Mandarin, English and Cantonese
Business Travel to production sites in China, Vietnam and Indonesia
Salary:
50000 - 80000
