•will be responsible for calling and following up on all leads for Aspirasi GUA, with the goal of generating sales and increasing revenue for the company.
- will be part of the Business Development (BD) team, and will work closely with other members of the team to achieve common goals.
- will be expected to sell the Hotel Franchise System, acquire hotels that are available for sale/rent, and promote the company's co-living room and space rental business.
- will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls per day, using scripts and guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency in messaging and approach.
- will be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, leads, and follow-up activities in the company's CRM system.
- will need to have excellent communication skills, including the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals over the phone.
- will be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, as well as company products and services, in order to provide the best possible service to customers and clients.
- will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, and will be evaluated based on their performance against these metrics.
- may be required to perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor or manager.
