- Opening shift Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, from 7:00am-5:30pm. MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE HABITS.
- Must have at least one year of previous veterinary receptionist experience.
Our front desk is a fast paced environment while multi-tasking and working alongside other staff members. Phones are consistently ringing, client check in and check out including taking payments. We are looking for someone who is possesses a positive and friendly demeanor that can work well with our other team members and is able to effectively communicate to upset clients in an attempt to smooth over an unpleasant situation or financial stress. Excellent attendance is valued highly here, so you must be able to work the schedule you accept and have the ability to have regular attendance and timeliness of shift start times.
- Neat, professional and well-groomed at all times.
- Self-motivated and can work with little supervision.
- Enjoys working in a team dynamic
- High level patience as clients can need a lot of "hand holding".
- Excellent attendance record
- Knowledge of the spelling and meaning of commonly used terminology of veterinary medicine.
