Full-Charge Bookkeeper [United States]

 

Job Summary and Opportunity:

We are an accounting software division of Axos located in Tarzana. This “hybrid” position will be responsible for all bookkeeping and payroll functions for a portfolio of clients. Business management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Bill pay/Deposits
• Monitoring client cash flow
• Bank reconciliations and month end close
• Prepare financial statements and supplementary reports
• Payroll processing
• Process quarterly and annual payroll and 1099 filings

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 3+ years' bookkeeping experience and payroll
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

• Associate's degree or some college experience
