Engineering Superintendent- Maximum age of 45 years
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Have experience min. 2 years in the same position in the mining industry (Preferred in Nickel Mining)
- Have good leadership
- Can coordinate and motivate the team
- Having integrity and loyalty
- Minimum had the first booster vaccination
- Have good communication and attitude, discipline, honesty, and the ability to work under pressure
- Able to operate computers well (Microsoft Office)
- Have a high level of responsibility and desire to carry out work according to work on safety procedures
- Must have POP / POM certificate
- Having a BINISP Certificate is preferred
- Willing to be placed throughout the PT. Sinar Terang Mandiri Projects
